Nicola Sizer is a highly commercial finance manager with extensive experience in bookkeeping, management accounting, forecasting and business planning. She has worked in both large companies and smaller not-for-profit organisations and has had responsibility for reporting at board level.
As founder and owner of Sizer Accounting Solutions, Ms. Sizer has undertaken projects including routine bookkeeping, developing management accounts for business owners, implementing sound policies and procedures and helping organisations produce financial plans for the future.
Ms. Sizer was previously employed by a leading healthcare organisation, with a turnover of circa £5bn. Leading a team of qualified accountants, she had responsibility for reporting the group’s monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, annual and strategic plans to the board. With strong report writing skills Ms. Sizer was also responsible for writing the half-year and preliminary reports and project managing the delivery of the reports within the group’s annual report.
Ms. Sizer is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an associate member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and holds a practising certificate granted by the Institute. |
